A seasoned CFO with over 20 years senior management experience in construction, mining, civil engineering and manufacturing. Paul has worked in various sized businesses with a strong focus on process and productivity improvement, and cashflow management through margin and cost analysis. Paul has experience managing multinational operations in Australia, US, China and Europe.
Paul is a member of CPA Australia, holds a current public practice certificate and is a registered BAS agent. Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and two children fishing and surfing.

A fellow of CPA Australia, with over 20 years commercial experience, working in Australia and South East Asia. Darren’s background includes leading finance, accounting and IT teams, holding the position of CFO for a number of different businesses across a range of industries. Darren has an authentic and approachable style and prides himself on being transparent. Darren has a hands-on approach and enjoys partnering with businesses owners, founders and CEO’s to achieve their goals.
Darren has a very broad skillset, from completing 3-way models (which includes budgets and forecasts) to providing strategic advice to businesses, advising and reporting to boards and establishing systems and processes. He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, including divestments, seeking and managing banking relationships and working with private equity firms.
In Darren’s free time, he is a keen crossfitter, and enjoys surfing, snowboarding and adrenal rushing adventure sports, including paragliding.
